The Beach Club was set up in 2005 by friends
who love beach life. Our goal is to
provide the best quality children’s beach clothing
and accessories, which will enable your children
to look great as well as enjoy the sun safely; if

Make
a Purchase
Making
a purchase could not be easier. Just browse
our catalogue, and click on any items that you
wish to buy and place them into the shopping
cart. After you have finished your selection,
click on "Order" and you will be asked
for a few details that we need to be able to
satisfy the order, if it's your 1st visit please
create a username and password, this will speed
up any future purchases.
If
your item is not in stock, we will back order
for you. You will always be e-mailed with the
option to cancel your order if you would rather
not wait.
We
accept credit and debit card payment. If you
are shopping from Europe or North America or
other places outside the UK , place your order
and your credit card company will convert the
transaction to your own currency. We accept
Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta. You may
send your credit card information via phone,
fax, normal post or over the Internet. We also
accept payment by cheque. We have to allow 5
working days for a cheque to clear and must
therefore allow 7 working days for delivery
from receipt of order.
Security
We
know of no documented cases of credit card fraud
using the PayPal shopping system over the Internet.
All credit card transactions use a secure server
– please keep a look out for the gold
lock at the bottom of your browser. PayPal (Europe)

in the UK. PayPal Inc. (which is a parent company

Beach Club is constantly reviewing its procedures
and any changes to the system are made in a
secure way.
Shipping
And Handling
Currently our UK postage and packing is free of
charge. We can deliver to anywhere in the world
and will find the most appropriate and
economical means of despatch for your order -
please contact us as above re oversees orders.
Your order will normally be delivered within
5-7 working days. If your order is urgent, or
you have an important deadline such as a holiday
or birthday, please let us know when you place
your order.
A
signature will often be required on delivery,
depending on the despatch method and value of
the order. If you are not at home when we try
to deliver, the driver will leave a card so
that you can arrange a convenient time for redelivery
Alternatively you can choose to have the delivery
sent to a different address e.g. your work place.
Tax
Charges
Where applicable all prices include VAT at
the standard rate, certain
items are 0 rated for VAT in the UK, but this
may not be the case on orders within the European
Union. For orders originating outside the EU,
VAT will be deducted from the total cost of
the goods.
Returns
and Refunds
The
Beach Club endeavours to only stock products
of the highest quality but if for any reason
you wish to return something, we'll happily
exchange it or refund your money subject to
the conditions below.
1. Goods must be returned within 21 days of
receipt.
2. Goods must be unused and returned in their
original packaging and condition - we will not
accept returns of used or incorrectly packaged
items.
3. In the unlikely event that goods arrive faulty
or damaged, or develop a fault within a short
period of time, please inform us immediately
so that we can replace or repair them in accordance
with your statutory rights.
4. We are only able to refund the cost of
postage where goods are supplied in a faulty or
damaged condition - please call us for
assistance on 01903 891595
5. These conditions do not affect your statutory
rights.
A
returns form will be included with your order.
If you have any queries regarding our returns

Cancelling
your Order
The
UK's Consumer Protection (Distance Selling)
Regulations allow you to cancel your contract
within seven working days from receipt of goods.

cancel your contract please write to us at the

with the order number and your instruction to
cancel, or call us on +44 (0) 1903 891595
If
your order has already been despatched, you
must repackage all of the relevant items and
return them to THE BEACH CLUB. Please ensure
that you send them recorded delivery as we cannot
be held liable if items are lost whilst in transit.
We may arrange for collection of the item from
your residence at your cost. We will refund
the relevant part of the purchase price for
that order as soon as possible, within a maximum
of 30 days after we receive your notification.
Privacy
Statement
THE
BEACH CLUB is committed to protecting your privacy.
We will only use the information that we collect
about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data
Protection Act 1998). We aim to safeguard the
privacy of our users while providing the highest
quality of service.
Our systems collect address and buying information
at the point of order or catalogue request so
that we may process your order and provide you
with the best possible service. We will not
email you in the future unless you have given
us your consent, and we will always give you
the option to receive no further information
from us.
We will never collect sensitive information
about you without your explicit consent. The
information we hold will be accurate and up
to date. You can check the information that
we hold about you by emailing us. If you find
any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it
promptly. The personal information which we
hold will be held securely in accordance with
our internal security policy and United Kingdom
law. If we intend to transfer your information
outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we
will always obtain your consent first.
We occasionally make names available to other
companies who may also have products that would
be of interest. If you would prefer us not to
do this, or have any requests regarding your
personal information or any queries with regard
